As a homeowner, we came across an exceptional opportunity to invest in a property featuring a rooftop patio deck. After consulting with experts in the field, we made the decision to acquire Summit as our primary residence and keep Brixton as an income-generating rental property.

Over time, our family expanded with the arrival of our eldest, Kian. As our needs evolved, we set our sights on upsizing to our first detached house and selling Summit. After an exhaustive search, we finally discovered a home that captured our hearts!

With the addition of Kai, our family has grown yet again, prompting us to sell our rental property in pursuit of our forever or long-term home.
